9 Things To Do For A Hard Penis

Try to do all or as many of the following things to improve the duration and firmness of your erections.

1- Abstain from sex and masturbation for 21 days. But try to get an erection and maintain it for 15 minutes daily.

2- Drink at least 3 liters of water in warm climate and 1.5 liters if the weather is cold. Drink fresh fruit and vegetable juice. Avoid all beverages with refined sugar including bottled juices.

3- If possible stop using alcohol and tobacco. In the short run it may be difficult for some, so try to reduce consumption.

4- Eat more vegetables, grilled fish and seafood.

7- Get plenty of rest. Everyone is different. Some people can do great with 6 hours of sleep others may need 9 hours. Test yourself and sleep as much as you need. Take an afternoon nap when possible.

8- If you are watching porn restrict it to no more than 30 minutes. Also do not masturbate (ejaculate). Having an erection and stimulating yourself is acceptable.

9- Avoid stressful situations. Figure out ways to manage stress. Try meditation, yoga, listen to music or do whatever works for you. Walking is a good stress buster.

The short answer is YES. I have been asked this question many times. Also, I have often been criticized for saying “that erectile function can be improved and Erectile Dysfunction can be cured with Yoga”. My biggest critics are practitioners of Qi Gong who obviously do not understand Yogic Philosophy and Science. I decided to write this post, to answer the question in some detail, explaining this process and how to get harder erections with yoga.

Let us first understand how erections happen.
The first and basic requirement for male erectile function and harder erections is an optimum level of Testosterone. The key here is to understand that there is no need for very high levels of testosterone. If you are in the middle of the range, that is good enough. If you are not you need to work on your diet and exercise plan. There is more information on diet at the end of the post. Second; Dopamine is the most important trigger for sexual desire and frequency of erections. Serotonin and Nitric Acid assist firmness of erections and healthy, powerful ejaculations. An important note here is that anything that interferes with serotonin may be effective treatment for Premature Ejaculation. Post-ejaculation the levels of Dopamine falls reducing sexual desire.

So it is a case of bodily hormones and chemical signals. Anything that can influence this balance will affect our desires and performance. How to Make a Penis Pump at Home

Penis pumps or vacuum erection devices can give you a stronger, bigger erection. They are often prescribed to treat erectile dysfunction, ED/impotence. It is always advisable to only use prescription penis pumps. Using non-prescription penis pumps is not at all sensible. Such devices may do more harm than good. Typically a prescription vacuum erection device will cost between $300 to $600 and a big part of the cost is covered under insurance.

Take an ordinary soda bottle

Chop off enough from the top to make space for the bottle to fit over the penis

Chopped PET bottles

Ideally make 2 sizes. As you expand you may want to change to a larger one

Make a “safety” pinhole on the side

Put some oil or petroleum jelly at the root of your penis and the open end of the bottle. This will give you a better sealing

Slide the bottle over your penis

Let air out through the pinhole by pressing the bottle

Seal the pinhole with tape

Now release the bottle

You should feel your penis being pulled in

Once you get an erection remove the bottle and secure your erection with a cock ring or….

You can use a piece of string at the base of the penis or behind the scrotum and around the penis

For this apparatus to work right, the key is to get a good fit and a bottle that retains its shape

How to make a Penis Pump

Take a standard plastic (PET) soda bottle. Chop off about an inch from the top of the bottle (see pictures)

You need a hole at the top of the bottle through which you can insert your penis. Cut the bottle a little less or more depending on the girth of your penis. Make a small pinhole near the top of the bottle which can be used to expel air from the bottle with the penis sticking in it.

Your Penis Pump is ready. This is all there is to making a Penis Pump.

Choosing the correct bottle size
I found a 400ml soda bottle worked best. You need to choose a bottle that will retain its shape and not get crumples on pressing. A bigger bottle will not provide sufficient low pressure. But the bottle needs to be big enough, so there is space to press it after sticking your penis in it.

How to use the Penis Pump 
To use the penis pump, stick the penis in the hole at the top. If it is a good fit you will need to make some effort for the penis to enter completely. Use a piece of tape to seal the entry point. Use one inch width tape and put it around the penis. Stick it so that half is on the penis and half on the bottle. Now press the bottle to let the air out of the pinhole we made. Close the pinhole with a piece of tape and release the bottle. As the bottle returns to its ordinal state, low pressure is created inside the bottle, around the penis. This allows blood to flow into the erectile tissue as I have explained above.

This device will be as good as the fit you achieve between the bottle and the penis. It works even better is you half fill the bottle with water. Then let out the air and close the hole. Now invert the bottle so the water is at the top of the bottle. If you have a good fit no water should leak. With water covering the pinhole you will not have to close it. As the bottle slowly returns to its original form you will see air bubbles rising through the pinhole. Once it fully expands open the pinhole, let the air out and repeat the process.

There are no reliable studies on such surgeries. The side effects of these surgeries are many.
