Erectile Dysfunction – Do We Worry Too Much?

The only way you can beat Erectile Dysfunction is to figure out what is causing it and what kind of remedies will work for you. The solution may not be the same for everyone. However, curing ED is not as difficult as it may seems. The answer to every sexual dysfunction is usually found in working on your overall health. Any remedy that works locally like creams, sprays and stimulants may not be a long term solution. Let’s see what can help rid you of this sometimes embarrassing condition.

You will need to start exercising more change to a healthier diet and learn to be more relaxed. Listen to music and exercise. You may also need to get more quality rest. And yes drink adequate quantity of water. Giving up porn is also a good idea. Masturbation and porn are killers of sexual fitness. Such changes are the best option but usually take a little longer to work. You may want to eat more fruits and vegetables to balance macro and micro nutrients. To function at our sexual best our bodies need a balanced supply of fat, proteins and carbohydrates. In addition we also need minerals, vitamins and electrolytes to function at our sexual peak. When faced with the inability to have an erection men usually develop the wrong mental attitude, making matters worse. Many times such episodes don’t last long and are the result of short term physical or mental stress. If left alone and not stressed about your body will in most cases resolve the situation spontaneously. By stressing about it and wanting to perform beyond our current condition we end up making the problem worse. If you can learn to not obsess about it and let nature take its course, any short term Erectile Dysfunction episode will resolve itself. However, every case is different and if there is an underlying disease that is causing the sexual dysfunction then you need to take care of the disease first. Any disease or bodily distress can result in reduced sexual ability. Weight Loss: Seems Impossible??

If you are trying to loose weight what you need is a step-by-step action plan which is easy to understand and follow. You also need to see results and quickly. If you lose weight quickly it motivates you to stick to the weight loss or diet plan. Any effective weight loss plan has to work at the hormonal and biochemical level. You don’t need to eat less but eat right, feeding yourself stuff that will help you burn fat.

The problem is that there is too much hype and false promises in the diet industry, with very few weight loss, diet and exercise plans that really do the job. Weight loss is a huge market and there is a new product launched every day. The diet industry has very deep pockets and it spends millions of dollars trying to convince us that they have the answer to every ones weight problem, which they really don’t.

Cellulite Gone / Kill Cellulite with Diet and Exercise

 Diet and exercise plans work for just about any condition and that includes Cellulite. The interesting thing about cellulite is that “there is no such thing as CELLULITE” and no one knows what causes it. It is a marketing term coined by sales experts to sell creams, lotions and hundreds of other expensive treatments. Most of these products and treatments really do nothing more than make the sellers rich. Medical researchers can still not explain what Cellulite is or what causes it. There is only one thing certain about cellulite, it is unattractive.

This condition affects women more than men. Cellulite can affect the thighs, buns, upper arms and the abdomen. This is not a skin condition. The dimpled, deformed appearance of the skin is because of accumulation of toxins under the skin. It can be treated with changes to your lifestyle. This mostly means changes to diet and correct targeted exercise.

The changes need to be made for the long term to be rid of cellulite and to remain that way. High carbohydrate diet seems to aggravate Cellulite. You need to change your diet to include lots of fiber and whole grain to keep the digestive tract free of toxins. Constipation and dyspepsia are responsible for virtually every human health disorder. Reduce or eliminate processed sugar, trans-fats and preservatives from your diet. Cut out junk food and try to eat as healthy as you can. Add lots of vitamin C rich foods like Kiwi, Oranges, Broccoli and Tomatoes. Foods rich in Sulfur such as Onions, Garlic, Cabbage and Asparagus will also help lower Cellulite. Reduce the amount of sodium in your diet and increase Potassium rich foods like Bananas, Sweet Potatoes, Mangoes and Kiwis. Add Flax and Chia seeds to your diet. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins and keep your skin hydrated. Water also works as a catalyst, enabling the body to burn fat and make muscles healthier. Healthier skin and toned muscles give the appearance of reduced Cellulite to the affected area.

One theory is that cellulite is caused due to improper drainage of the lymphatic system. The lymph system works to remove toxins from our body. When these toxins are not removed from our bodies they take the form of cellulite. A lymphatic massage can help by increasing circulation to the affected area and improving the flow of lymphatic fluid. There is however no real research to support this theory. This lymph system theory is more of an alternative medicine theory.

You need to add exercise to your routine, especially if you are overweight. Although Cellulite is not really a fat issue, excess fat aggravates Cellulite. However if you are at optimum weight further reduction in weight may not work. In fact it might loosen the skin making the appearance worse. The emphasis should be at toning and firming of the affected area. Managing Cellulite with exercise is a bit trickier to get right. Some exercises or exercises done incorrectly can actually make the appearance worse. What you need are simple targeted exercises. You may want to consult an expert, who has experience with cellulite “patients” for proper guidance on exercise.

I don’t have the experience with cellulite reduction to suggest exercises for it. So I suggest you try the stuff I’ve suggested above first and see how it works for you. However, if you still feel the need to add an exercise plan to your routine then, I recently came across this cellulite reduction exercise plan by Joey Atlas which I think may be worth trying. These are exercises that can be done at home without any equipment. The exercises are what he calls “Synergistic Muscle Layer Stimulation” exercises.
