Erectile Dysfunction – Do We Worry Too Much?

The only way you can beat Erectile Dysfunction is to figure out what is causing it and what kind of remedies will work for you. The solution may not be the same for everyone. By stressing about it and wanting to perform beyond our current condition we end up making the problem worse. However, every case is different and if there is an underlying disease that is causing the sexual dysfunction then you need to take care of the disease first. There are no reliable studies on such surgeries. The side effects of these surgeries are many. You could end up with permanent nerve damage, infections, reduction in sensitivity or even difficulty in getting an erection. Some studies have shown that less than a third of the men who get lengthening procedures are satisfied. In short Penis Enlargement Surgeries are costly, risky and they don’t work. So what are your options….

A few things you could try for penis lengthening are; Jelqing. This may work for some men. You could try losing weight. This will not really increase the size but will make the penis look bigger because of reduced fat around its base. You could work on a diet which will give you better, harder erections, making the penis look bigger.
